Are you completely gluten free?
We are 100% gluten-free. We make sure that all our ingredients, baking tools and pans, ovens, kitchen space and anything else our products come in contact with has had no previous contact with gluten. We understand the seriousness of having celiac disease and do not want to put anyone at risk to get sick. We are 100% celiac friendly, no cross-contamination occurs!

Do you have a storefront?
We do not have a storefront yet. We are currently baking out of a completely gluten-free, commercial kitchen. We pride ourselves on baking the freshest treats and our products are made to order! We offer pick up at our facility 226 Canarctic drive, North York. You can also find our treats at Nature’s Emporium, The Big Carrot South Wood, Stock in Trade, and The Simple Kitchen!
What is paleo?
The paleo diet relates to the diet of the palaeolithic era (sometimes called the caveman era). It consists of whole unprocessed nutrient dense foods. All our items are gluten-free, grain-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free, soy/corn/potato free and free of anything that is artificial including preservatives, colours and dyes, chemicals and additives. We have treats that are vegan-friendly, diabetic-friendly, AIP-friendly and keto-friendly. Whether you have a speciality diet or looking for a healthier treat our paleo goods are the way to go.
How long do your treats stay fresh for?
It all depends on the product you order and how you store it. Our treats are perishable and do not contain preservatives, additives, or artificial ingredients. For all our baked goods, we recommend storing them in an airtight container. Many of our products freeze very well! If you have any questions about your items, which ones can be frozen and how many days they last, please email us and we will be happy to give you exact details!
What sweeteners do you use?
All our items are sweetened with one or more of the following: raw honey, coconut sugar, maple syrup, monk fruit, chicory root, tapioca fibre or dates.
How do I place an order for your goods?
To place an order, go to the "Shop Treats" tab on your home page. Choose which items you want and then go to the shopping cart in the right-hand corner of your screen. There you can confirm your order and go through our automatic processing system. All orders require at least 48 hours advance notice with confirmation and must be placed by 5pm.
Do you deliver your baked goods?
Yes we deliver to Toronto, Etobicoke, North York, Scarborough, Mississauga, Vaughan, Woodbridge, Brampton, Newmarket, Oakville, Richmond Hill and Markham Wednesday to Friday.
Please do not place an order for delivery for any other days than Wednesday, Thursday or Friday or your order will be refunded as we do not deliver any other days of the week.
What happens if I am not home to receive the delivery?
Please make sure someone is there to receive the delivery on the date you selected your delivery for. If no one is home the baked goods will be left outside the front door/entrance or the most suitable place in sight. If you are unable to receive it the day of the delivery the best option is to place a cooler/ box or freezer bag outside your door so our delivery driver can place the contents inside this designated spot. Leo and Co. Bakery is not responsible for any damaged, melted or stolen goods if you are not home to receive your delivery.
How do i know when my order will be ready?
The date you specified when completing your order date will be the day your order is ready. If there are any disputes or conflicts, we will call and/or email you as soon as we receive your order about the issue and resolve it. You will also receive an email to let you know when your order has been completed and packaged ready for pick up on the day of your pickup. Once this email is received you can pick up your order anytime from 10am-3pm on Wednesdays to Saturdays and 10am-2pm on Sundays.
Deliveries will arrive on the date of your delivery (Wednesdays to Fridays) between 9am-5pm.
Why are your products so expensive?
There are many factors that go into the pricing of each product. We are committed to using the absolute best ingredients we can possibly source. This means paying a premium for quality, local and organic ingredients. Due to the omission of basic, cheap commodities such as processed sugars and grains the ingredients we have chosen to work with are at a much higher price point than a regular bakery would use. We also choose products based on their environmental footprint, meaning we will choose an ingredient that is more expensive if it creates less waste and degradation to the environment. We are constantly looking for more innovative and sustainable products/ingredients and packaging. Lastly, our artisan, small batch practices, take meticulous hours and care from real people, who spend many hours working on crafting recipes to be just right. From making our own vanilla, sweetening our own chocolate, making our own baking powder etc, we take many extra steps to ensure that the customer is getting the best products possible.

Do you offer custom cakes?
Yes, we’d love to make you the cake of your dreams! If you can’t find a cake you absolutely love on our website or looking for a bigger serving option, we’d love to work with you on creating a flavour and design that you love! Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us what flavours you like, how many people you’re looking to serve and the date you need the cake by and we will come up with ideas that work for you. *we need a minimum of 72 hours for custom cake orders.
